Johnny grew up in Dublin, Ireland, and his childhood was spent camping on Ireland's wild west coast, surfing some of the best waves in the world, and climbing Ireland's peaks. His work has taken him all around the world. He's lived in nine countries, including Lebanon, Tanzania, and Madagascar, which further increased his sense of adventure and love of the outdoors. He has a passion for audio journalism and podcasts and has previously been a writer and researcher for CNN. He currently lives in London.
